UPDATE: Detectives have learned that the two boys are with their mother and are safe.

ORIGINAL STORY:  Bossier City police are asking for the public's help locating two missing boys who were believed to have been taken from their father's home overnight by their mother.

Police say 7-year-old Bradley Glosup and 5-year-old Lucas Glosup had been staying with their father at his home in the 1400 block of West Maria Street. The man reported to police that when he woke up this morning, both of his sons were gone. He said he suspects his estranged wife took them sometime overnight.

Police say the mother, 26-year-old Tyler Rae Glosup, whose maiden name is Billingsley, has legal custody of the boys along with their father. However, detectives with the BCPD Juvenile Unit have not been able to contact her to make sure the boys are with her and are safe.

It's believed the mother may be taking the boys to Montana, where she now lives. Police have also been unsuccessful in contacting anyone who knows her, including her family in Montana.

Police hope she sees media reports about her missing sons and decides to contact the Bossier City Police Department. Anyone who can help with information is asked to call 318-741-8605.
