Earlier this year news broke over the possibility that President Donald Trump, well before he was elected President, had an extramarital affair with adult film star Stormy Daniels. The story was published by The Wall Street Journal, claiming that Trump's personal attorney Michael Cohen provided a payment of $130,000 to Daniels in October of last year in order to keep her quiet over an affair between the two in 2006.

Not long after The Wall Street Journal story broke, In Touch Weekly published quotes from a 2011 interview with Daniels where she discussed the same affair. CNN and Fox News also had stories that had been written about the affair in 2016, some of which were never published.

As the controversy continues to swirl around Daniels, she is continuing to keep her career moving forward. In addition to being an adult video Hall of Fame member, she has been one of the most in-demand exotic dancers for more than a decade. She has continued to keep up those appearances while her name has been thrown around in media circles 24/7.

One of her upcoming dates happens to be right here in Shreveport.

Daniels is currently slated to perform at Larry Flynt's Hustler Club in Downtown Shreveport on March 22nd, 23rd, and 24th. Her Shreveport appearance has even received national attention, including stories from TMZ.

This appearance is sure to cause commotion in our area, something Larry Flynt's Hustler Club is pretty accustomed to now. After having multiple controversies last year involving billboards.

Daniels is not a stranger in Shreveport, in fact the actress is originally from Baton Rouge. Beyond that, she's visited the city multiple times as a performer, and even as a potential politician. Just a few years ago Daniels was teasing a run for the United State Senate, as a challenger to then Senator David Vitter. While pushing her ideas on The Fair Tax and Family Values, she made a stop in Shreveport to talk to residents about a potential run.
