The owner of a Bossier City appliance store and two other man are dead following a Tuesday evening shooting in Bossier City.Officers were called to the Bill Norris appliance store in the 23-hundred block of Barksdale Boulevard just before six o'clock after people nearby reported hearing gunshots from the store. Inside, officers found 77-year-old William Norris and 58-year-old Jesse Burks fatally shot and 66-year-old Harold Arnett critically wounded. Arnett was rushed to Shreveport's LSU Hospital, but Bossier police say he died this morning. Witnesses have told officers they saw a tall, slender, light-skinned black man wearing large sunglasses and a gray hoodie running north from the store after they heard the gunshots.
