Caddo deputies think they've shut down a theft ring with the arrests of three men.
28-year-old Kyle Cole and 24-year-old Michael Dillon of Shreveport and 21-year-old Jeffrey Ramsey of Mooringsport were arrested following a month-long investigation.

Nearly $15,000 worth of property was taken from outside of residences on Soda Point Drive, West Henderson Gin, and Louisiana Highway 169 in what detectives say were mainly crimes of opportunity. Among the items taken were two motorcycles, tires and rims, generators, compressors, and power tools. Deputies say some of the property has been recovered but other items were either traded out of state or sold on the street.

Cole was booked into Caddo Correctional Center on eight counts of theft.  Dillon was booked on three counts of theft and illegally possessing stolen things.  Ramsey was booked on four counts of theft and one count of illegally possessing stolen things. Detectives say the three also face additional charges by other agencies.
