I found a new gadget that you should know about.

It looks like a regular flashlight, but it's way more than that. I found it at the VA Hospital Store in Shreveport. It's called a Weatherbug (at least that's what it says on the side). It has a compass, an emergency warning light, a glass breaker, a seatbelt cutter, a hand crank (to charge it back up) and a USB port (you can use this to charge a cellphone). The flashlight does not need batteries. You charge it up at home and then it's good to go.

I'm sure there are several different kinds of flashlights like this, but I've never seen one that has a USB port. If I get in a pinch with a dead cell phone on the road, I will be using my flashlight to recharge the phone.
This gadget cost under $20!!
