[SECOND UPDATE] A third suspect in last weekend's robbery and shooting in the parking lot of the University Court Apartments on the LSUS campus has turned himself in.

Anthony Demond Perot was booked into the Shreveport City Jail on a charge of armed robbery after surrendering to Shreveport Police Thursday.  19-year-old Scott Houston was arrested by police shortly after the incident and booked on a charge of armed robbery.  Police have now added an additional charge of aggravated second-degree battery.  A 16-year-old was arrested later in the week and booked into the Caddo Juvenile Detention Center on a charge of conspiracy to commit armed robbery.

Police say their investigation has determined that the adult male victim was allegedly lured to the location under false pretense by the 16-year-old.  Once there, he was confronted by three males who ordered him to lie on the ground while they stole his personal possessions.  Then one of them shot him in the leg and they took off running.  The victim was taken to LSU Health-Shreveport for treatment of a non-life-threatening bullet wound.

Shreveport Police and LSUS Campus Police are continuing to investigate the case and they say more arrests could be forthcoming.  They urge anyone who might have information that might help in their investigation to call Crime Stoppers at 673-7373
