Coushatta residents are being told to prepare for a period if having no water this weekend — and then be prepared to boil their water before using after the water’s turned back on. The Town of Coushatta Water Department will be temporarily shutting off the water at ten o’clock tomorrow (Saturday) night to re-route a water line in the 15-hundred block of Ringgold Ave. So all Coushatta residents are being urged to draw enough water for their needs before the shutdown. When the water comes back on Sunday, a boil advisory will be in effect until lifted by State health officials.
