A local teen has been arrested in connection with last month's shooting and attempted robbery in Cherokee Park. Shreveport police say 19-year-old Nicholas Randle was arrested at an apartment complex in the 2900 block of Peach Street after officers heard he was hiding out there. He was wanted for a September 27th shooting and attempted robbery that left 27-year-old Deangelo Davenport wounded. Randle allegedly shot him while attempting to rob him and his friend, 21-year-old Bryan Spells. Randle is charged with two counts each of attempted armed robbery and attempted first-degree murder. Davenport was arrested on an outstanding warrant. View that story HERE.
