LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — About 11,000 homes and businesses remain without power several days after a snowstorm blasted Arkansas on Christmas Day.

It's December and it's 69 degrees in Shreveport, LA, just one degree from 70 and it could be as warm as 70 each day this week. What's up with that, is it global warming?

It doesn't snow in Shreveport Bossier very often, but when it does both cities and the surrounding area pretty much shuts down. The first thing that closes is I-220 because it is mostly made of bridges which freeze over first with snow and ice.
