Shreveport Couple Pleads Guilty to Importing Illegal Drugs
52-year-old Robert Scogin and his 55-year-old wife, Peggy, have pled guilty in Shreveport Federal Court to importing nine-thousand pills illegally into the United States. They've admitted to bringing Codeine and Dihydrocodeine back aboard a cruise ship.
