The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for Bossier and Caddo Parishes, and Panola County, Texas. That's supposed to be in effect until 11 this morning.

The strong winds have caused some power outages today...and blown trees into some roadways. One of the biggest problems was at Bert Kouns and Newcastle, where a large oak tree blew down, was hit, and has wood scattered all over the roadway
