Medical students at LSU Health will get a chance to step out of the classroom and spend some time with kids who have physical and mental disabilities. It's called Camp Tiger, and it's been an annual adventure since 2000.
The LSU Health Shreveport School of Medicine has been granted a full eight-year re-accreditation by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education. A team of LCME reviewers visited the medical school in January for several days and issued a report to the full body.
