Investigators procured a warrant yesterday afternoon charging 18-year-old LaDarien Walpool, of the 7200 block of Bernstein Avenue in Shreveport, with one count of attempted second degree murder in connection with the shooting of 22 year old Alex Anderson back on May 11, 2012 in the 600 block of West 72nd Street
