Bossier Police Arrest Bossier Learning Center Student for Drug Possession & Terror Threats

The Bossier Sheriff's Office, working in concert with Bossier police, have arrested a teenage student at the Bossier Learning Center for drug possession. In what's being called a routine search, authorities arrested Cameron Jessup,17, of Haughton after a K-9 unit sniffed out marijuana and other drug paraphernalia hidden inside his truck.

Jefferson County Man Sentenced For Federal Drug Violations

 

A 34-year-old Groves, Texas man has been sentenced to federal prison for drug violations in the Eastern District of Texas, announced U.S. Attorney John M. Bales today.
 
        Billy Ray Brown pleaded guilty on July 13, 2011, to maintaining a drug involved premises and was sentenced to 240 months in federal prison today by U.S. District Judge Marcia Crone.
