Blanchard Couple Arrested for Theft
A man and woman from Blanchard have been arrested for allegedly stealing thousands of dollars from the estate of the woman's deceased father. 56-year-old Charles Brumley and his 52-year-old wife Teresa have been booked on felony theft charges.
