Texas Fugitives Caught in Bossier City

A couple of Texas fugitives who were believed to be here in Shreveport-Bossier have been captured at a Bossier City hotel overnight. City spokesman Mark Natale tells KEEL News that 49-year-old Larry Teegardin and 38-year-old Laura Garcia were spotted early this morning at Sam's Town Casino in downtown Shreveport -- and Louisiana State Police troopers and Bossier City police arrested them at the town and Country Motel on East Texas Street
