A High Speed Chase Nearly Into Texas, Then Back Into Shreveport, Ends At Wal Mart

This was the scene outside the Pines Road Wal-Mart around 7:45pm this evening. 

A man driving a dark blue 2001 Chevrolet Impala was being stopped by an officer for playing loud music on Audrey Lane in North Shreveport, but he didn't want to stop.  He led police on a chase that took them on westbound I-20, to just before the first Waskom exit, when the suspect turned his car around in the median and headed back eastbound into Louisiana.

A body discovered inside a Bossier City home has been identified as the son of Bossier Mayor Lo Walker.

39-year-old William Lance Walker was found dead at his Delhi Street residence at 1:30 pm this afternoon (Friday, March 18th)

Bossier City Woman Torches Ex-Boyfriend’s Bed

A woman who was scorned by her ex-boyfriend was arrested on Monday for burning down the cabin where he lived, said Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator. 

Brenda Fore was arrested for setting fire to a bed inside the cedar cabin located on a farm in Blanchard's Nob Hill subdivision. The fire destroyed the cabin, causing damage estimated at $30,000.
