Bossier City police have a Vivian man in custody who's accused of stealing the trailer-mounted BBQ grill from VFW Post #4588. An investigation by the Property Crimes Unit found that 42-year-old Craig Vaughan took the grill January 8th and gave it to a man he knew in Vivan as collateral in exchange for a $375 loan
