Agents Find Drugs and Money Hidden on Contractor’s Property
A local businessman has been arrested -- accused of selling marijuana on the side. Agents of the Caddo-Shreveport Narcotics Task Force arrested local contractor Billy Keckler after executing a search warrant at his property in the 6900 block of Buncombe Road.
