Suspected Stalker on Run in Shreveport

Police are hunting for a suspected stalker.

A Shreveport man is now being sought by authorities after a warrant was signed for his arrest Friday afternoon.45-year-old Anthony J. DeMarco is wanted by authorities in the alleged stalking of an ex-girlfriend.  According to information gathered during an investigation, DeMarco has been continuously harassing and threatening the victim.  It is alleged on numerous occasions, DeMarco has arrived uninvited, at the residence of his former girlfriend, threatening to do her bodily harm

Shreveport Police Domestic Violence investigators have gathered evidence during the course of their inquiry leading to the procurement of a warrant for the arrest of DeMarco.  The warrant, which charges DeMarco with a single count of stalking, has an affixed bond of $25,000.00.
