Suspected Copper Thief Surrenders
A man wanted by both the Caddo and Bossier Sheriff’s Departments has turned himself in to Bossier deputies. 35-year-old Kevin James Hall has been booked on two counts of criminal trespassing, two counts of simple criminal property damage, and two counts of theft. His bond is set at $50,000. Hall was wanted by both departments in connection with recent copper thefts from several area schools during Spring Break.
