A joint effort by the Bossier City Police Department and State Police clears about two dozen vehicle break-ins. It's also led to the arrest of a man wanted in connection with the burglaries, including two involving an unmarked State Police vehicle and an unmarked Homeland Security vehicle. 38-year-old Quentin Baldwin was arrested after investigators received information that developed him as a suspect in numerous vehicle break-ins in the Stockwell Road and north Bossier City areas. They recovered all of the items taken in those burglaries -- including State Police-issued weapons and a ballistic vest. Baldwin's been charged with simple burglary, resisting and marijuana possession, among other charges. His wife -- 29-year-old Keyona Baldwin -- was also cited for illegally possessing stolen things.
