The Bossier Financial Crimes Task Force and Bossier Crime Stoppers are asking the public to help locate and identify a woman suspected of stealing a pair of women's wallets at a local business.

The theft took place in April at the Sheer Rezults Hair Salon in the 4500 block of Barksdale Boulevard.

Investigators say the thief entered the salon and took wallets out of two purses before leaving undetected. Then, they say, she used bank cards that were in the wallets to make more than $700 in purchases at the dollar General Store in the 4600 block of Barksdale Boulevard and the Walmart in the 2500 block of Airline drive.

The suspect was caught on a security video camera as she left the Walmart and got into a blue pickup truck. She's got black shoulder-length hair and was wearing a black tee-shirt with a red and white graphic on the front, black pants, and flip-flop type sandals.  She was also carrying a white purse.

If you can help identify this woman, you're asked to call Bossier Crime Stoppers at (318) 424-4100 or submit your tip online at bossiercrimestoppers.org
