The Court hands the the President a campaign-season victory in rejecting arguments that congress went too far in requiring most Americans to have health insurance or pay a penalty.

It could have an effect on millions of Americans without health care, the insurance business and the November election. And the debate isn’t likely to end no matter what the ruling says.
