Superintendent Visits Cope Middle School
Louisiana’s new Education Superintendent spent some time in Bossier City this morning — his first local visit since being named to the position. John White spent about an hour at Cope Middle School — visiting classrooms and talking with teachers and administrators. White says he liked what he saw — especially the school’s accountability and reform initiatives. He says those initiatives are what brought him to Cope — so he could see first-hand some of the good things being done there.
