A local substitute teacher has been arrested in connection with an alleged battery on a high school student.

Shreveport police investigators were called to the school to a report that a substitute working at Huntington High School committed a battery on a 15-year-old female student during a class session. The student wasn’t injured and did not require any medical attention.
