Calixto and two co-defendants, Shaun Cody Gauthreaux, 28, and Allen Joseph Morehead, Jr., 26, both of  Louisiana, were all charged in December of 2011 with conspiracy to take stolen motor vehicles across state lines.

The ATVs were taken from Acadia Parish and Harris County, Texas, among other places. The thefts occurred between March and August of 2010.
