Shreveport Teen Arrested for One Robbery Now Charged in Another

He was already charged with the October 9 robbery of a woman in southeast Shreveport. Now police say 19-year-old Juvareya Fleming faces an additional count.

On May 26, a woman was walking near her home in the 100 block of Southfield Road, when a man armed with a handgun approached and demanded her purse. That's the same area where Fleming lives.

During their probe in the case, detectives were able to link Fleming to the May robbery. He faces an added charge of armed robbery and remains at Caddo Correctional Center.
