Shreveport Shooting Suspect Arrested

An investigation has led to the arrest of a Shreveport man for allegedly shooting at another man -- while both men were in their cars. 18-year-old Richard Bell of the 4300 block of Hermosa Drive is suspected of being the shooter in an October 14th incident at Jefferson Paige Road and Interstate 220. He's accused of pulling up along side the other man's car and firing at least on shot into it -- almost hitting the man -- then speeding away. Bell has been booked into the Shreveport City Jail on a charge of illegal use of a weapon from a moving vehicle.
