A man wanted for a Shreveport shooting is now in custody. Shreveport police have tracked down and arrested 18-year-old Demarcy Armstrong.

He was wanted for a double shooting that took place back on December 30th. Police believe Armstrong was engaged in the sale or purchase of illegal narcotics when a dispute arose between him and two other men and that he apparently shot them during that dispute. Armstrong was located at a house in the 400 block of Mayfair Drive after detectives obtained a warrant. He was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Shreveport City Jail on two countrs of attempted first-degree murder. His bond has been set at $130,000
