Shreveport Police Seek Robber’s Identity

Shreveport police investigators are asking the public for help in identifying the man who robbed the Dollar General store in the 4600 block of Mansfield Road Sunday night.  He entered the store just after 8:30 that night and forced the manager to open the safe.  After taking a plastic bag of money from the safe, the bandit took off running.  He's described as a black male, 5'7" to 5'9", with a medium build.  He was wearing a yellow hoody, a large black coat, a black bandana, and black jean pants.  He was armed with a black semi-automatic handgun.  You can view surveillance video at http://youtu.be/_gEz6VDPU90
