Shreveport Police Investigators Need to ID Thief

Do you recognize the man in the picture?  If so, telling the right person could net you $300 cash.  Shreveport police investigators say this is surveillance video of a man who, on December 12th at about 4:15 in the afternoon, removed items from a parked van in the 600 block of E. Police describe him as a black male wearing a plaid long-sleeved shirt, dark pants, white undershirt, and a dark baseballe cap.  He's seen looking into a white van and then taking two tool bags from that van.
