Shreveport Police Investigate Weekend Shooting

An investigation is underway into a Saturday night shooting that's left one person in the hospital and one or more on the run.  

Witnesses have told detectives that at least one person in what they've described as a champagne-colored pickup truck fired several shots toward 23-year-old Will Rogers Robinson in the parking lot of the Village Square Apartments on Greenwood Lane.  After the shots were fired, the pickup sped off.  Robinson was struck twice in the lower abdomen and is now undergoing treatment at LSU Health.
