A man wanted by Caddo Parish sheriff's detectives on attempted murder charges has been arrested in Monroe.

Ouachita Parish sheriff's deputies spotted 18-year-old Keynon Frazier in a hotel parking lot in Monroe over the weekend and took him into custody.  He was booked into Caddo Correctional Center today on a charge of attempted first-degree murder after Caddo deputies picked him up in Monroe and brought him back to Shreveport.  His bond is set at $300,000.

Frazier was wanted in connection with a shooting that occurred last November 25th at a home in the 5400 block of Asbury Lane in Shreveport.  Detectives say the shooting happened during a robbery involving drugs.  Two other men, Ricky Blomgren and Vincent Efferson, were both wounded in that shooting and have since been arrested on related charges.
