Shreveport Man Arrested for Firing Shots at Ex-Girlfriend

A Shreveport man has been arrested for firing shots at his ex-girlfriend. Just before 6 last night, shots were fired in the 9200 block of Davy Drive. When police got there, 28-year-old Tobasha Bell told them her ex-boyfriend, 32-year-old Lovell Ellis, had just fired several shots at her after an argument between the two...then he took off. She said she returned fire. Witness information led officers to the 600 block of Pickwick Place, where they found Ellis and arrested him for illegal use of a weapon. No charges have been fired against Bell.
