Shreveport Looks To Buy New Vehicles
The Shreveport Council takes a look at a proposal to buy more than 150 new vehicles.
The city has set aside nearly 2 and a half million for 53 vehicles for police and fire. The city is looking at setting up a cycle to replace cars and trucks rather than run into a problem of having to buy a pile of vehicles at one time. On this latest proposal, public works would get 35 new vehicles.
