Shreveport Bossier Has Another Record Hot Day!!

Our chance of rain for today is better than it has been in months at 50%, but it is still going to be very hot.  Check out the latest weather numbers.

Monday, our temperature climbed to 104...and that tied the record high set in 2005.

On Sunday, our temperature climbed to 102..the old record was 105. Today, our temperature could climb to just above 100.  The record for the day is 103 and was set back in 2005.  Several communities are urging residents to conserve water. The Department of Natural Resources has declared a ground water emergency in the southern part of Caddo Parish. Blanchard residents are also being urged to conserve water.
