Shreveport Attorney Challenges Bossier School Bond Election

A local attorney has filed suit over the Bossier School Board bond election held back in the spring.  Voters approved several measures to bring in more than 200 million dollars for school improvements and new construction.  But Attorney John Settle filed suit challenging the election. 

He claims that the school district illegally used taxpayer money to campaign for the bond issue. Settle is requesting emails and other public documents relating to the election.
