Sheriff Gary Sexton Describes Webster Parish High Speed Chase, Capture [VIDEO]

An 18-year-old Dallas man was arrested after a high speed car chase and crash with police Tuesday afternoon. After a chase that involved speeds exceeding 100 mph, the suspect was apprehended after he rammed a vehicle driven by Webster Parish Sheriff Gary Sexton.
