Senior Health Fair This Week

The Northwest Louisiana Senior Athletes Association and The Best of Times are sponsoring a Senior Health and Fitness Fair this week. It's going on from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Bossier Civic Center on Benton Road. This is part of the annual "Northwest Louisiana Senior Olympics Games," which includes participating athletes from seven north Louisiana parishes. More than 35 businesses, organizations and agencies will have exhibit booths there to provide seniors, their family members and others with valuable information about various products and services. This year's event is FREE...there's no cost for admission or parking -- and there are lots of give-aways, entertainment and health care screenings.
