Sen. John Kennedy On Obamacare Repeal, Cabinet Nominations

US Senator John Kennedy talks with 101/7 / 710 KEEL's Robert J Wright and Erin McCarty about the promised repeal of Obamacare, the replacement bill co-authored by Louisiana's Sen. Bill Cassidy and the state of The President-Elect's Cabinet nominations.

The state's junior Senator gives details of the Republican plan to replace a healthcare law he says, "sucks", and replace it with a free market oriented, less expensive, less regulated system.

Kennedy also talks about the confirmation of Trump Cabinet nominees, particularly Secretary of State pick Rex Tillerson, whose appointment is under scrutiny by fellow Republican Marco Rubio.
