A man wanted by the Bossier Financial Crimes Task Force has been arrested in Texas.

40-year-old Rodney Kennedy of Livingston, Texas, was arrested following a traffic stop in Conroe, Texas.  He's accused of being an accomplice to 25-year-old Monique Reyna.

She's accused of selling more than 500 bogus one-ounce silver bars to a local business for nearly $6500 in June of this year.  She was arrested earlier this month following a traffic stop in Aransas Pass, Texas, and is now in Bossier Max.  Kennedy is currently being held in a Texas federal correctional facility on a federal probation violation.
