A second arrest has been made in a stabbing last week that left a woman suffering a gunshot wound to the leg. Yesterday, Shreveport police detectives took 25-year-old Quennel Broadway into custody without incident and booked him into the Shreveport City Jail on one count of aggravated battery. Authorities believe Broadway and 35-year-old Curtis Cannon -- who was arrested last Friday night -- shot at a group of women on July 5th near the intersection of Elliott and Broadway. Skyla Foster was hit by a bullet. She was taken to LSU Hospital for treatment of what's been described as a non-life-threatening wound.
