Sci-Port’s IMAX Theater Reopens This Weekend

Sci-Port after closing their doors last year is slowly starting to reopen their attractions to the public and we couldn't be more excited. Last month POP or Power of Play opened to the public. POP is for preschool and elementary age kids putting them in real life scenarios like grocery stores, doctor's offices and other ways to teach with hands on learning. The POP area on the second floor has always been by daughters favorite so we were really excited to bring her back.

Now next to open is the Sci-Port IMAX Theater this weekend! According to KSLA this is the only Dome IMAX Theater in the state of Louisiana. This Friday is opening day for the theater with the first movie set to be Panda's which looking like an incredibly adorable movie for the whole family. Check out the preview for Panda's below...
