With the disarmament talks between Iran and the world at an impasse, and concerns about that nation's desire to develop nuclear weapons growing, Saudi Arabia has plans in place to stand down its air defenses, allowing Israeli jets to attack Iranian nuclear facilities.

Fox News is reporting that the Saudis have agreed to allow Israel to use a narrow corridor of its airspace in the north of the country to shorten the distance for a bombing run on Iran. To ensure the Israeli bombers pass safely, the Saudi government has carried out tests to be sure its own jets are not scrambled and missile defense systems not activated.

Despite the tension between the two nations, they share an even greater distrust of the regime in Tehran and fear of Iran’s nuclear ambitions.
