In the Friday's second round of the 2014 TOUR Championship in Atlanta, Rory McIlroy’s tee shot goes left into the trees and somehow lands in the pocket of a spectator on the par-4 14th hole.

The world's top player got a free drop and went on to par the hole. Here's to - in this case, at least, not playing the ball where it comes to rest.
