The big truck from a new show called "Flip My Food" have rolled into Shreveport to film and Rhino Coffee will be featured in the upcoming season.

There's a new show that will begin on KSLA called "Flip My Food" with host Chef Jeff Henderson, in which Henderson will take traditional recipes and flip them into fresh, healthy dishes.

The "Flip My Food" truck was spotted outside Rhino Coffee in Shreveport this morning. Started by Andrew Crawford, a graduate of Baylor University, Rhino Coffee offers the SBC a local coffee house with custom beans, healthy homemade food and an inviting atmosphere.

Chef Henderson is a fresh and healthy flip, himself. He spent some time in prison and while there he fell in love with cooking. After getting out, he started the Chef Jeff Project which gives at-risk youth a chance to work for him and turn their lives around.

Now he is cooking healthy.

"Flip My Food" will air on KSLA beginning on September 8.
