When I was a kid, my parents had a cabin on Lake Bistineau near what was Cryer's Camp (it's called Our Place now). I was raised right there on the water as we spent nearly every weekend down there visiting my grandmother and aunts and uncles that lived there. Countless hours were spent fishing, building forts in the woods with my friends, and getting into whatever I could find as a young explorer.

Recently, Lake Bistineau has suffered some hardships and it still hasn't come back to the former glory it once had.

That's why residents of the area have put together an event loaded with activities for the whole family to enjoy, all to benefit Lake Bistineau and the surrounding area.

Check out the flyer below for all of the details!
