Relay for Life Kickoff TONIGHT

The BIG event doesn't happen until next year, but the kick-off is TONIGHT. The American Cancer Society Relay for Life of Caddo Parish gets underway at 6 this evening. Event participants and volunteers will gather at Christus Schumpert Treatment Center for a kickoff rally to launch their fundraising efforts for the year. The rally features speakers who have benefitted from the funds raised at Relay, and will honor cancer survivors. This is also the first opportunity to register a team for the overnight event, which will be held April 27th, 2012, at Calvary Baptist Academy.
