BREAKING: Red River Flooding Forces City to Close Clyde Fant Parkway in Downtown Shreveport [VIDEOS]

The Red River is expected to crest on Saturday, but as you can see from these videos, it's impacting traffic along the Parkway.

City leaders have closed the Clyde Fant Parkway in downtown Shreveport because of water over the roadway at Sci Port.

All of the Clyde Fant Parkway is open now, but it's being evaluated hourly.
